Our new and improved eAlerts provides a quick and easy way to stay on top of your account. Notifications can be sent via email, text and by logging onto Online Banking.
To activate eAlerts go to the SETTINGS tab and select eALERTS in the SUBMENU of SETTINGS. This screen will provide options to set up e-Alerts and contact information.
To edit your contact information click on Edit or Alerts Settings in the eAlerts submenu. Multiple email addresses and mobile numbers can be added by clicking Add Additional Emails or Add Additional Mobiles. A carrier for each mobile phone must be entered when adding a mobile number.
A confirmation message will be sent once changes are saved.
Events eAlerts are triggered by certain account activities such as maturity dates, insufficient funds, loan payment, due date and more. To enable any of these eAlerts simply select the method of notification and click Continue.
On every eAlert set, a confirmation screen will prompt you to confirm email addresses and mobile numbers that will receive notifications. Check all that applies and click Submit.
Balance eAlerts are triggered by account balances going above or below a specified amount. Select the account, choose between the options (balance above or below) and specify the targeted amount. Finally, select the method of notification and click Continue.
Transaction eAlerts are notifications received when an amount goes over a designated amount. To enable this eAlert, simply select the account, enter the targeted amount and the method of notification. Click Continue.
Checks eAlerts are designed to notify you if a particular check clears your account. To enable this eAlert enter your check number under If item number, select an account and the method of notification.
Security eAlerts are notifications that can be set up for invalid login, user ID change, successful login, and password change. To enable this eAlert select the method of notification and click Continue.
Personal eAlerts are personal messages that can be alerted on a specific date. To enable this eAlert simply select a date, enter a short message, and the method of notification and click Continue.
All email notifications received will have the credit union logo/phone number and sent from our email address email@example.com.
Login notifications will look like the image below.
Text Message notifications will look like the image below. They will come from the credit union email address.
