Full time position at our Salinas Branch, 900 S. Main Street, Salinas, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION: Central Coast Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Teller in our Salinas Branch. Essential functions of this position are to provide a wide variety of duties related to the handling of member accounts such as opening and closing accounts, receiving and disbursing funds, posting ATM and night drop deposits, processing loan payments, activating ATM cards, printing money orders, cashier’s checks, statement and check copies, temporary checks and other daily duties. In addition, a successful applicant will be able to balance cash drawer, maintain control of and safeguard keys, cross sell products and services to existing and potential members.

In addition, this position will also be responsible for member services duties such as answering phones and assisting members by answering their questions, researching accounts if necessary and demonstrating products and services to our members. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who will provide outstanding member service to all existing and potential members and who will support CCFCU’s mission, vision and values through active community involvement initiatives.

Minimum qualifications: Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication ability. High School graduate or GED required. General cash handling and customer service experience necessary.
