FULL TIME ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER - KING CITY, CA
Full time position in our King City Branch, 510 Canal Street,King City, CA (Fort Ord)

Central Coast Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager in our King City Branch. Essential functions of this position are to assist the Branch Manager in the efficient operation of the branch, providing leadership while functioning as a working supervisor for teller, and new accounts. This person will coordinate and assist with training of branch personnel, ensure compliance with security practices and monitor security equipment and act as Branch Manager during the Branch Manager’s absence. This position is responsible for processing and approving loans per assigned level on the Lending Matrix, providing notary services for the branch and providing coverage to other branches as necessary. In addition, a successful applicant will be able to balance cash drawer, maintain control of and safeguard keys, cross sell products and services to existing and potential members and may perform other duties as assigned or requested by the Branch Manager.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who will provide outstanding member service to all existing and potential members and who will support CCFCU’s mission, vision and values through active community involvement initiatives.

Minimum qualifications: High School graduate or equivalent. Three years’ supervisory experience in deposit or lending area of a financial institution. Working knowledge of operational policies, procedures and legalities relevant to the financial industry. Spanish bilingual recommended.

MEMBER SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - SEASIDE, CA
Full time position in our Main Branch, 4242 Gigling Road, Seaside, CA (Fort Ord)

Central Coast Federal Credit Union has an immediate opening for a Member Services Representative in our Seaside Branch. Essential functions of this position are to provide a broad range of Credit Union services to members via incoming telephone calls and walk-ins. This person would prepare and process transaction requests received by telephone such as withdrawals, transfers and closing of accounts. In addition, this person will respond to member inquiries and requests such as: duplicate statements, copies of checks, payment and deposit research, quote payoffs on loans, mailing out of various letters. This position is also responsible for assisting with general Credit Union information relating to share rates, loan rates, VISA, and giving balances on all share accounts in addition to cross-selling all Credit Union products and services. In addition, a successful candidate will also serve as a back-up to the teller department. This is a full time, non-exempt position. We are looking for someone who will provide outstanding member service to all existing and potential members and who will support CCFCU’s mission, vision and values through active community involvement initiatives.

Minimum qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education and one year member service experience required, preferably in a financial institution. Basic reading, writing, arithmetic and communication ability required.
