We now offer adjustable rate mortgages
on either 15 year or 30 year terms. Our rate is
indexed to the Constant Maturity Treasury rate
monthly values, plus 2.75% and is adjusted annually
on the anniversary date of your mortgage. The
annual cap on rate increases is 2%, with a lifetime
cap of 5%. We will finance up to 80% of the appraised
value of your property; the home must be located
in the State of California. As we offer "non-conforming"
loans, we do not subject you to the large amount
of paperwork and hassles associated with conforming
loans at most mortgage lenders.
